This page will be opened after clicking on the service history button from the home page, this page will review the service history for the contracted customer.
The customer can search by the serial number, the to date, or/and the from date.
This page will contain the followings:
1-Back icon button: this button will return you to the home page of the application.
2-Search by S/N field: the customer can enter the ticket s/n here to search for it.
3-To date field: the customer can enter the to date of the ticket here to search for it.
4-From date field: the customer can enter the ticket from date here to search for it.
5-Search button: this button will start the searching feature for the tickets of the customer depending on the previously entered information.
