Search contracted customers form

This is the search form for the contracted customers, the searching can be by the name, category, if has an account or not, or can get all contracted customers together.
This search form consist of:
- Category drop down menu: This drop down menu contains the categories of the contracted customers, choosing a category filters the result to that category only.
- Status drop down list: This list filters the searching result and views the customers who either has account or not.
- Search for field: This field is where you can enter the contracted customer name to search for.
- Go button: This button starts the searching process depending on the search parameters.
- Searching result list: This is the list where your search result is displayed at after pressing on go button.
- Edit button: This is the button that the admin presses in order to edit the contracted customer information, after pressing this button the customer's information is displayed in the add form so that the admin edits it.
- Add account button: This button will only show up for the customers whom has no account yet, after pressing this button the system will display a form for adding an account for the customer(as will be showing in the next screen shot).
- Pages numbering: this pages numbers is used to switch between the pages of the contracted customer list, six customers will be viewed per page.
This is the form displayed to you after pressing on the add account button.
This form consists of:
1-Select platforms drop down menu: here the admin chooses which platforms are allowed for this user to use.
2-Password field: here you manually enter the password of the account you are adding.
3-Generate button: by clicking on this button the system will auto generate a new password for you instead of ytou writing it manually.
4-Add button: this button is the trigger for adding the user account to our database, after pressing this button the system will check if there is any missing required fields that you need to enter or choose.
5-cancel button: this button dismisses the adding request and returns you back to your page.
