This page is the ticket auditing page, the employee responsible for auditing the tickets is the customer service. The customer service is the only employee allowed to access this page, unless the admin granted the access to other employees.
This page was created in purpose of keeping up with the customeru2019s opened tickets, the customer service will open this page and view all the closed and not audited tickets, after that heu2019ll contact the customer via his mobile number to assure that his ticket was successfully solved, and no problems detected.
The audit page will contain the followings:
- Customer category drop down list: this drop down list contain the categories of the customer, choosing one of the categories will filter the customers list under to view the customers of the selected category only.
- Search text field: the customer service can use this field to enter the name of the customer heu2019d like to search for.
- Go button: this button executes the searching for the customer in the database, the result will be filled in the list under for review.
- Customeru2019s list view: this list view will contain the customer that has ticket to be audited.
- Customer info button: this button will display a pop up form to view the customeru2019s full information, this form will be read only and not editable.
- View tickets button: this button will open another page to view the tickets for the selected customer from the list, the page will be as below:
This tickets page will contain the followings:
- Search text field: the customer service can use this field to enter the ticket number heu2019d like to search for.
- Go button: this button executes the searching for the ticket in the list, the result will be filled in the list under for review.
- Tickets list view: this list will contain the tickets searched for by the customer service, and brief information about them.
- Audit button: this button is to set the auditing status for the selected ticket, after pressing this button a pop up message will be displayed to asking the user to confirm his request for auditing the ticket.
- Ticket info button: this button will display a pop up form to view the selected ticket information for the customer service.u00a0
- View service records button: this button will open a ne page to preview all service records of the selected ticket.
- Back button: pressing this button will return you to the previous page.
After pressing on view service records button, the page will be displayed is the page above, this page is to preview the service records made for the selected ticket, this page will contain the followings:
- Service records list view: this list will contain the service records of the selected ticket, and a brief information about them.
- View button: this button is to view the full information of the service record, after pressing this button a new pop up form will be displayed for the user to view the record information.u00a0
- Back button: pressing this button will return you to the previous page.
