Add approval request

This page will be displayed after pressing on the add icon button from the approval request page, the service engineer can add a new approval request from this page.

This page will contain the followings:

1-Back icon button: this button will return you to the home page of the application.

2-Request description field: this field will contain the description of the request.

3-Video icon button: this button is used to select an explanation video for the request.

4-Image icon button: this button is used to select an explanation image for the request.

5-Send icon button: this button will be pressed after selecting the media and entering the description of the new request.
