The user can log in to his account using the username and password, the users differs from each by their privileges and permissions of use for the website, there are many users types for the website, and they are the Owner, Admin, Service engineer, Customer service, Contracted customers, and Not contracted customer.
Not all of these users have the permission to use the website .or the application, the usage permission are predefined by the admin when he adds a new user from the users page.
The login page contains two text fields and two buttons as shown in the above picture:
- Username field: here is where the user enters his login account username, the username are auto generated for all users except for the not contracted customer where they'll need to use their email address to create their own accounts.
- Password field: here is where the user enters his account password, the password must be at least 8 characters and a maximum of 16 characters.
- Login button: this button is the trigger for the website to start validation the entered username and password, if the username and password were correct the user is granted access to the website based on his permissions and privileges, but in case they were wrong the system will prompt a message to the user informing him that either of the entered username or password is incorrect.
- Reset password: this is the button that the user needs to press to reset their account password in case they've forgot it, a new reset password form will appear to the user after pressing the button.
