This is the page where the admin closes the tickets that has been served by the service engineer.
This page consists from:
1-Search field: here is where the user enters the ticket number he wants search for.
2-Search button: after pressing this button the system will check the database for a ticket with the same number entered in the search field.
3-Search result list: in this list the system will fill the ticket that's been searched for before.
4-View&Close button: this button will open a new form for closing the ticket as will be shown in the next screen shot.

By pressing the view & close button next to the ticket (as shown in the previous screen shot), a new form to review the ticket's information is displayed.
This form will mainly consist from:u00a0
1-Ticket information form: this is the form where all the information of the ticket is filled and displayed, these information are read only and cannot be edited.
2-View record button: by pressing this button the system will open a new page to view the service record made to this ticket.
3-Back button: This button returns back to the review tickets page.
4-Close ticket button: after pressing this button a pop-up message will be displayed for the user asking him if he's sure he wants to close this ticket or not.
This is the pop-up message that will be displayed after pressing on close ticket.
It will contain a yes button to confirm the request, and a no button to cancel the request as shown in the next picture.

After pressing theu00a0view records button in the previous picture, the system will open a new form to view the service records made on the selected ticket.
This form will contain the record number, engineer name, and the fault.
The admin here can add a mark to the service records, the mark is a number between 0-100 that's used to evaluate the service provided to the user.
This form consists from:
1-The service records list: this list contains all of the service records that has been opened to the selected ticket.
2-The mark field: this is used to enter the evaluation mark of the service record, the evaluation will be between 0-100.
3-Save button: by pressing this button the system will save the mark for the service records.
4-Back button: returns to the previous form.
