The chat page is where the employees are communicating with each other, the page will contain a groups that are created by the owner, each group will have one or more participants, the participants are added by the group admin.
This page will contain the followings:
1-Back icon button: this button will return you to the home page of the application.
2-Groups list: this list will contain the groups that you are a part of, if there were no groups then you must have not been added to any yet.
3-Add icon button: this button is for creating new group, the owner is the only one that has this previlidge, after clicking this button a new page that contains all the employees will be displayed, the page will contain the followings:
1- Back button: this button will return you to the previous page which is the page of the chat groups.
2- Employees list: this list will contain your employees and the owner will choose the new group participants from this group by clicking on their names from the list.
3- Confirm icon button: this button will be activated after selecting at least one participant for the new group, then after clicking it you'll be redirected to the next page of the group information that will contain the followings:
1- Back button: this button will return you to the previous page which is the page to select the group participants.
2- Group name field: the owner enters here the new groupe name, the name is required and unique as well.
3- Confirm icon button: this button will confirm and create the new group with the selected participants and with the entered name.
