Here in this page the admin can choose the employees whom will be assigned tickets automatically by the system, the employees that rejects the tickets are going to be removed from the auto assign list for that particular ticket.
Auto assigning ticket helps with making the ticket assigning phase faster and more efficient.
This page will contain the following:
1-Drop down list: this list will contain the employeeu2019s names, you can select these employees to add them into the auto assign ticket employees list.
2-Add button: this button will commit on adding the selected employees in the drop down list to the auto assigned list.
3-Edit button: this button is used to edit on the auto assigned list, the admin can remove employees from the list using this button, after pressing on edit button the admin chooses the employee and presses on update to remove the employee.
4-Auto assign ticket list: this list will contain the employees whom will be auto assigned tickets.
