Review and edit service contract

- Customers name drop down list: in this list the admin can choose the customer's name to search for his service contracts.
- Response behavior template drop down list: this list will contain the response behavior templates that are in use by service contracts, and itu2019s used to filter service contracts in the list.
- Active/Not active radio buttons: these radio buttons are used to filter the service contracts displayed in the list view, between the active service contracts and the no active contracts.
- Service contracts list view: this list view contains the service contracts that has been searched for by the admin, the list will also preview a brief information about each service contract displayed.
- View button: this button will open another page to view, or edit the service contract information, the page will be displayed is the page below.
- View attachment button: if there was any attachment included with the service contract, this button will appear and by clicking it the attachment image will open up in a window for viewing.,
- Contract information fields: these fields will contain the service contract information as read only; because these information wonu2019t be editable.
- View response behavior template button: this button will open the response behavior template page to view what template used for this service contract.
- Back button: pressing on this button will return the admin to the previous page.
- Renew button: this button creates a new service contract to the selected sub products and customer
- Sub products list view: this list view will contain all sub products that has been added to this particular contract, and a brief information about each sub product will be displayed by the list.
- Add/View freeze record: this button will display a pop up form to view, edit, or add a freeze record on the selected sub product file, the form displayed will contain the followings:
- From date field: this field will contain the freeze from date, the admin can enter it to create a new freeze record, or can edit on an old record using it.
- To date field: this field will contain the freeze to date, the admin can enter it to create a new freeze record, or can edit on an old record using it.
- Records list: this list contain the freezing records that has been added by the admin before.
- Edit button: this button is used to edit the freeze records, noting that the from and to date must not conflict with the other freeze records in the list.
- Delete button: this button is used to delete a freeze record from the list of records.
- Total freezing field: this field contains the count of days that this sub product was frozen for.
- Add button: this button works as the trigger for adding the new freeze record to the list, before the record is added, there will be a validation process on the from and to dates inserted, in case the dates were invalid there will be an error message displayed for the admin to inform him.
- Close button: this button is to close the freeze records pop up form.
