Settings-Profile

The settings page is where the admin can edit on his account, the logos, the feedback emojis, and the idle Medias.

The edit profile page is available for all type of users, using this page gives the user the ability to edit on his personal information, such as his first name, last name, username, etc..., and also the user can change his password or profile picture using the edit profile page.

This page will contain the following:

1-Personal information fields:

the user can edit his personal information by modifying these fields, all of these fields will instantly be edited after saving, except for the email, the user needs to confirm on changing the email, where beside the email there will be a button to confirm changing the email, after pressing it a message with four digits number will be sent for the old email, this four digits will be putted in the confirmation field, if these four digits are correctly putted and after that the user saves, the email will be changed and an email confirmation message will be sent to the new email.u00a0

2-Change email button:

the user can change his email address using this button, after pressing on this button a new pop up form will be displayed, this pop up form will contain the followings:

1. New email field: the user enters his new email address in this field, the email entered will be validated and verified by the system to approve that itu2019s correct and applicable.
2. Cancel button: this button is used to dismiss this request of changing the email, the form will be closed after clicking this button.
3. Change button: after entering the new email address the admin presses this button to confirm changing his email address, the email will be validated and verified after clicking on this button to check if itu2019s correct or not.

3-Change password button:

1. Old password field: the user enters his old password here.

1. New password field: the user enters here the new password for his account, noting that the password have to be between 8-16 digits, contain upper class character, and contains a symbol.

1. Confirm password field: the admin enters the new password here again, if it was correct then he can save and change the password, if it was incorrect then there will be an error message cause of the mismatch between the passwords.

1. Update button: after entering the old and new passwords, the admin presses this update button to commit the changes on the password, if the old password was incorrect, or the new password did not match our password criteria then an error message will be displayed.
