Feedback questions page

The feedback question page is where the admin can enter the question to be asked to the customers, these question can have many types, it could be rate type question, multiple choice type, yes/no type, or an essay type of question.
The customers can choose the feedback emoji depending on their satisfaction level and then the questions that will be displayed for him are the questions that has been entered by the admin using this page.
Page will contain the following:
1- Add new question button:
This form will contain the following:
- Question type radio buttons: the admin will have to select the type of question he'd like to add from the radio buttons, the question type will affect the answer type, ex, in case the admin choose the yes/no type of question, then the answer will be one of two, either yes or no.
- Question text field: the admin can enter the question text in this field.
- Example view: this view will display an example for the type of question chosen from the check boxes above.
- Add button: after choosing the question type and entering the text of it, the admin presses on this button to confirm to add the question.
- Close button: the admin can click this button to cancel the request of adding a new question.
2-Language drop down list:
this drop down list will contain two options, Arabic and English languages, the admin here can switch between the two languages to review each languageu2019s questions.3-The feedback categories:
the categories are represented as emoji's, there will be a number under each emoji that, this number indicates the number of questions for the emoji. Each emoji will have its own questions and questions settings, after choosing one of the emoji's, it's question will be displayed in the list under it.4-Question button:
by clicking on this button the questions of the emoji will be displayed to the admin.5-Question settings:
By clicking on this button, the questions settings for the selected emoji will be displayed.6-Number of showed questions:
the admin can use this option to control the number of question displayed in the list.7-Search bar:
the admin can search for the question using this search bar.8- Questions export file:
these are the export options that the admin can use to take the data of the questions in the table.9-Questions list:
this list will contain the selected emoji questions and their types.10-Edit button:
This button allows the admin to edit the question that was added before, the related data with that question will be kept and saved in the database.11-Delete button:
is used to delete the question from the list, this button is usually used to delete the unnecessary questions from the list.12-Previous and next buttons:
this button are used to travel between the pages of the question list.The setting page will contain the following:
1-End message browser: the admin can browse to change the image displayed with the end message.
2-End message text field: here the admin can enter the end message displayed for each emoji.
3-Select entered contact check boxes: the admin here can chooses what type of contact information the admin wants the customer to enter.
4-Select contact location radio buttons: This option controls the location of the of the contact fields, they could be after or before answering the question.
5-Save button: this button is used to save the question settings for the selected emoji.u00a0
