The general options are a codeless customization features that the admin can control, these features can control over some behaviors or actions thatu2019s applied on the feedback customer mode.


This codeless customizable options helps with controlling over some features without the need of editing or updating the coding on it.

The general options page will contain the followings:

  1. Feedback session time out: this drop down list will decide the time that the feedback questions is allowed to stay active for the customer in case here were no actions made, if the period finishes then the emoji page will be displayed.
  2. Administrator session timeout drop down list: this drop down list will contain a count of times that will reflect on the customeru2019s mode session time, if the time selected was finished without any changes made on the customer mode, the system will end the customer mode session and redirect him back to the start page.
  3. Default language drop down list: this drop down list will contain the languages that the admin can set as default start for the customer mode.
