- Company icon: this icon is used by the admins only, the admin can click this button three times to finish the session of getting feedbacks, but first the admin will have to enter his authentication to be able to finish the session, the dialog displayed after pressing on the icon will contain the followings:
- Admin picture: this is a preview of the adminu2019s picture.
- Password field: the admin will be required to enter his password here confirm ending the session.
- Confirm button: this button is used to trigger the function of going back to the admin preview of the system, if the password was incorrect, an error message will be displayed.
- Cancel button: this button will cancel the request, and closes the dialog to preview back the feedback emojiu2019s.
- Language buton: the customer can switch between the available languages using this button, noting that each language has its own question and answers.
- Feedback emojis: the customer is required here to choose his satisfaction level about the feature or the service he was provided, after pressing on a feedback emoji the customer will be redirected to the question and answers page.
- Customer contact information: this section will contain the customeru2019s contact information which are the email and the mobile number.
- The question: here is where the question is displayed, this question will be asked for the customer in his feedback survey.
- The answer field: this is where the answer for the above question is displayed, the answer of the question will depend on the type of the question selected before by the admin.
